Especially when traffic is light.

Jay - I was JUST ranting about slow drivers in my LJ. I drive backroads to work everyday, and the guys going 20-30 the entire way are infuriating. Then again I'm at the other end of the spectrum as the guy who takes corners at 2x+ the posted limit.Mike W.https://www.blogger.com/profile/03425962910696301026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3596231821271459872.post-20630150805921172902008-07-24T11:21:00.000-04:002008-07-24T11:21:00.000-04:00"And don't even get me started on those morons tha..."And don't even get me started on those morons that will run a stop sign in order to get out in front of you, and then crawl down the highway."

We should be allowed to shoot those people on sight.Jay Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11085873775096542015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3596231821271459872.post-75547423821378234152008-07-24T11:16:00.000-04:002008-07-24T11:16:00.000-04:00Ah yes, I looves me some "road rage" posts. Why?I d...Ah yes, I looves me some "road rage" posts.

Why?

I don't know for sure. Maybe it's because as a fellow road warrior, I feel your pain.

I do lot of travel on the back roads and I have found that the "mouthbreather going 15 to 20 mph under the speed limit" phenomenon has been getting worse and worse as the price of gas gets higher and higher. It only takes one to completely clog a highway. (I call them "hairballs" for that reason.)

The thing is, someone who goes a *steady* 15 mph under the limit, I can live with. I can usually get around them sooner or later. Its the ones who, on a 55 mph highway, go 60 in the straightaways while slowing to a 25 mph crawl in the curvy portions that irritate me the most.

And don't even get me started on those morons that will run a stop sign in order to get out in front of you, and then crawl down the highway.Royhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10108430731483801350noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3596231821271459872.post-87647226034308009502008-07-24T09:43:00.000-04:002008-07-24T09:43:00.000-04:00Jay, Breda,You've never driven in South Florida am...Jay, Breda,
You've never driven in South Florida amongst the "condo commandos", have you?

That's a unique kind of hell.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3596231821271459872.post-1353734189773124972008-07-24T09:39:00.000-04:002008-07-24T09:39:00.000-04:00It seems to be all or nothing with turn signals, d...It seems to be all or nothing with turn signals, doesn't it?bredahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00216098318849287384noreply@blogger.com
