Went to see the Blue Angels at the Naval Air Station in Brunswick, ME today.
I'd post some pictures, but I can't get the smile chiseled off my face yet. I'm still stuck in "15 year old" mode, since that's how old I was when "Top Gun" came out, and I've been having flashbacks all day...
More tomorrow. Honest.
That is all.

I saw them last year at NAS Kingsville. My 2 oldest daughters adopted daughter roxann, and 2 nephews went with me. Lordy the trick they play when they start playing Metallica all 3 girls had a slight bladder problem. It hurt badly trying not to laugh..... :)
That's my hometown. My dad was stationed there when I was born.
Mark,
I loved the musical selections almost as much as the aerial acrobatics...
Bruce,
You'll get a kick out of this... Mrs. G. mistook Brunswick for Berwick when calculating how long it would take to get there.
She was only off by an hour and a half (each way), traffic notwithstanding...
The BA's always rock the house, glad you enjoyed their performance!
I try hitting their shows when they're within 400 miles or so.
Usually Pensacola on the beach, Atlanta and any nearby venue's.
You got some great pictures too.
