A. A good friend will tell you what you want to hear. A true friend will tell you what you need to hear. Whether you want to hear it or not.

A true friend will answer the phone at 0200 and come down to the jail to throw bail for you.
A true friend will be sitting next to you in the cell going "She didn't look like no cop!"...
A true friend will be the one handcuffed to your arm in the courtroom while you try to explain to the judge that the girl really did have an ID that showed that she was 18.
Good friend will bail you out of jail.
True friend will be sitting next to you in jail saying, "Damn, that was FUN !!!"
