First-class mail will now cost 44 cents for the first ounce. Large envelopes cost twice that, 88 cents. Mailing a postcard will cost 28 cents.

You could have reminded me a bit earlier so I could get forever stamps at the lower rate. I completely forgot about this. Darn those that won't go to online bill paying.
Ahh, civil service... the one industry where you can consistently charge more for continually decreasing qualities of service, and you can almost never be fired.
