[Jay looks at the title] Err, that's a bleg for two holsters, not a bleg for a single holster that carries two guns.
I'm looking for advice on two (slightly) different styles of holsters for two different guns. The first is a good IWB holster for the G30 - the inexpensive nylon Elite holster that's currently carrying the block from Glock just isn't cutting it for periods of time measured in more than minutes. I'd like to get something with two belt loops, prefer leather although I won't necessarily rule out kydex, and while I don't mind spending to get superior quality, would rather not spend the equivalent of a case of .45 ACP for it if possible. I'm thinking something along the lines of something like DeSantis Cozy Partner or the Bianchi Pistol Pocket.
The second holster is a tuckable IWB holster for the Snubbie from Hell™. For longer periods of time, the 14 ounce weight of the 360PD is much more comfortable to carry than the 25 ounce G30, and the tuckable aspect means it can be worn under a dress shirt for concealment. Options are more limited for this type of holster, with the Crossbreed Qwik-Clip and Comp-Tac Pro-Undercover being the two most popular options. As above, I don't mind paying a little extra for a top-quality product, but with the J-frame especially, too much $$$ and I'll just stick with pocket carry...
Any opinions on any of the above listed options or something I haven't thought of would be greatly appreciated.
That is all.

I'm using a UBG "Canute" for my K9. Very comfortable and it REALLY holds the gun in against me for minimal printing. Price was reasonable and the delivery wasn't that bad - think it was about 4 weeks or so.
Raven Concealemnt is the only way to go.
I can't recommend the Comp-Tac MTAC highly enough for the G30. You can buy extra kydex shells to adapt it to different guns, though they don't seem to make them for revolvers. I carry my M&P compact in an MTAC and it's supremely comfortable. There are a variety of belt clip options, and it's tuckable. The MTAC is so comfortable that I only carry my j-frame if I need to pocket carry, which I mainly do in dress clothes.
Comp-Tac. Srsly.
I have two C-TAC holsters (for different guns) and a few other models too. (Pro undercover, Infidel and few belt slides for various pistols)
340 gets toted either IWB in leather at 4 o'clock (http://www.fist-inc.com) in a FIST holster with the spring steel hook that fixes it to the belt or on the left ankle in a Galco ankle holster.
Charles Daly DDA10-45 (closest I have to the G 30) gets toted in a dual loop leather, IWB at 4, also from FIST. Other note, my XD 45 5" bbl also fits this holster.
If you are curious about the various versions, let me know. I am in Ohio right now, so none of my arms are within in reach and I am too lazy to head to the various sites and figure it out from scratch.
WV = nodlies... is that anything like yeslies?
I've got a Crossbreed Supertuck for the G30 (I actually bought it for my S&W SW99, which apparently shares its profile with the G30...) for when I need to carry the stubby Glock under deep cover.
Definitely going to look into the CompTac Pro-Undercover for the J-frame.
How about a douche-baggy double shoulder rig, with a pair of chrome hog-legs sticking out?
Jay,
For IWB, I have been extremely satisfied with Galco's USA (non reinforced lip) and UDC (reinforced lip) series. Both are tuckable, so they tend to keep the gun a little lower than other IWBs.
I know you said tuckable for the snubbie and IWB for the block, but my EDC is a G32 in a USA - tucked. The alternate is a Kahr P9 in a UDC.
I've never used any of the holsters mentioned in this thread, or any of the ones you suggest.
The reason I'm very inexperienced with holsters is because I flat out love the first one I ever bought for my carry pistol, which is a 1911 with a 3.5 inch barrel.
Therefore I never had to experiment with a bunch of different types. Most of the guys I know have a drawer full of holsters that they bought and never use. Kinda like women and shoes...
The place I got it is called High Noon Holsters. They have a wide variety of products, IWB, belt holsters, shoulder, pocket etc.
Everything they sell has a 30-day money back guarantee. You can beat the shit out of it for 29 days, decide you don't like it and return it for your money back.
They have custom made items which take a long time to arrive (2-3 months) and what they call "Stocking Items" which are ready to go out the door.
I can't praise the comfort and durability of their products enough. I actually bought a belt holster for the same gun from them, and there are days I forget I have it on.
Ive worn them when driving, playing with my kids, cutting up trees with a chainsaw. No problems, and they conceal fantastically, even in just a tshirt. (YMMV but you're a lean fella and they'd probably work great for you)
Strongly suggest you look into High Noon.

I have no business or personal relationship with anyone at High Noon. I just really like their products.
Used a Bianchi Pistol Pocket for my Ruger Service-Six. While never able to say I "forgot" I was carrying a Ruger it was as comfortable as anything I've worn in 24+ years.
Jay, Try this guy. He makes J-frame holsters.

I don't belt carry, but I got this one for the wife. REALLY good quality holster for not a ton of scratch.
Also you can likely find it on Midway and get a C&R discount!
Looks like they only make ones that fit the snubbie, and not the G30.
I *highly* recommend JMG Holsters. I have the IWB 7.0 w/ sweat shield for my Bersa and it's just the bee's knees. Took about seven weeks to arrive after ordering, but it's one guy working in his free time, so that's ok.
Check out the Galco USA holsters for carrying either of these.

They make them for revolvers and semi's. Horsehide, roughout. Won't soak up sweat or moisture. Tuckable. Simple.
I carry my Kel-Tec p-32 or Glock23 in one of these.
IWB you want a Milt Sparks Versa Max 2. I've been through plenty of holsters, but my g19 is always on and this has been the best. Top quality, spreads the weight great, retains its shape (3 years so far.) Taken it to multiple training classes. Sweated on it through five days of training in the Nevada desert (no problems.) I live in West Texas and it's hotter than 2 rats f@&*ing in a wool sock but this leather hasn't stained or given me any problems. On the other hand blade tech makes great plastic, lost my shoes in a motorcycle wreck but gun stayed in the holster (sidenote: EMS and the cops looked hilarious as I told 'em I had a piece on my hip.)
What is wrong with the Crossbreed? I had one, and the biggest issue was the first-generation clips. Replaced them with Comp-Tac clips, and it worked fine until I stepped on it.
I replaced it with a Comp-Tac Minotaur. Same idea, but done a little nicer--Shell is replaceable, 2 layers of leather except directly under the gun, and cut for a slightly faster grip.
