Mystery Gun
Hmmm. Let's see. It's got the trigger and trigger guard of a Smith & Wesson, but the cylinder release latch of a Colt. It's got the hammer of a S&W, but the ejector rod of the prancin' pony. What kind of odd mongrel is this?
Miroku .38 Special
This is Miroku .38 Special revolver, a Japanese copy of a Colt Detective special from a Japanese firearms manufacturer best known as the supplier of Browning, Winchester, and Charles Daly shotguns. I found this a few years back at a gun show, of all places; an oddball revolver that I couldn't pass up at the price for which it was offered. I've only shot it once - the trigger pull can most charitably described as gritty - but it does lock up tight and shoots straight.
So there you have another unconventional firearm from the G. armory.
That is all.
