And Yes, Even More FAIL

Apparently Saturday is now FAIL Day. Here's the last bit of FAIL for today:

Global Warmening FAIL

Yep. That's the temperature outside Casa del G. today. That does not take into consideration the wind chill factor, which pushes the perceived temperature well below 0ºF. It's quite deceiving out, with bright sunshine and scant snow cover as a result of temperatures hitting the upper forties (and rumors of low 50s) earlier in the week.

But it is as cold as the Clinton bedroom out there right now...

That is all.

Just looked outside my dorm window and was unpleasantly surprised to discover that it is snowing. Rather hard, actually.

Al Gore and his ilk can take their global warming shullbit and shove it up their @$$e$.

Yesterday at work I had to extricate a patient out of a wrecked car. With the wind chill it was -22. fml. srsly.

Yeah, I just finished shoveling ten inches of global warming off my driveway - which doesn't do me any good since they haven't plowed my street, yet.

you keep your house warmer than we do. And even with that we emptied the steam chest of our furnace boiler last night!

At 10 AM, with full sun, we were still a bit below zero - don't know how far below zero we started at though.

Well Jay,
Just be glad we have global warming. It could have been worse. It's a sweltering 17 degrees here in happy Ohio.... :)

I wondered who would comment on the indoor temp.

We actually keep the house at 64ºF - the thermometer just happens to be directly above the heat register...

It was in the low 20s this morning and didn't get out of the mid 30's all day in San Antonio.

Troop 87 participated in the Lone Tree Deep Freeze Winter Camporee. Geoff? He opted out after last year's experience. I think he made a wise decision. My neighbor Thane (aged 13) bivouacked under a tarp saturday night. Didn't sleep in a tent. Just went for it, whole hog.

Boy Scouts, some of them, are either mentally defective or hard core. I'm trying to decide which.
