PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti — All rescuers saw of Saint-Helene Jean-Louis when they arrived at the collapsed University of Port-au-Prince building were the top of her head and her left hand.Found alive after four days in a collapsed building? Miraculous, to say the least. What really jumped out at me was this, though:
It had been four days since a 7.0-magnitude earthquake leveled the building, one of hundreds destroyed in the most powerful natural disaster to hit the impoverished Caribbean nation in more than 200 years — but the 29-year-old student was still breathing inside a stairwell of the former four-story structure. She was surrounded by eight decaying bodies, one entwined with her own.
Nearly 30 hours later, working in two shifts, they pulled Jean-Louis out of the building — still alive. She was able to say her name before being whisked away to an Israeli field hospital.Damn those eeeeebil JOOOOOOOS. Why do they think they can travel halfway across the world to help people they've never met in the aftermath of a natural disaster? Don't they know they're supposed to be controlling and manipulating world governments? Who do they think they are, helping out the less fortunate in the midst of devastation and human misery?
It wouldn't surprise me in the least to hear conspiracy theorists claiming they were responsible for the UN office collapse, actually...
That is all.

You dont see any Islamic Country's sending aid or helping do you they would be complaning soon enough if the west did not help them after an earthquake!
Unfortunately, Israel has a lot of practice in collapse rescue. The good part is that in Haiti they don't have to worry about someone trying to blow up the building they are working in. They only have to worry about after shocks.
A telling observation, thanks.
To those of you who are sane, it's really no surprise. The Izzy's are decent folk, despite what the media would have you think.*
*I'm all for any country who responds to suicide bombing with shooting the bad guys in the face.

Jay,
Israeli blogger "DoubleTapper" has many articles on how his countrymen are supplying aid to Haiti. Here's the link to a history of aid the Nation of Israel has given over the years.
