Next Time, Bring Your "A" Game...

Brown supporters trying to suppress vote by bullying
Scott Brown is running for U.S. Senate as a pleasant guy in a pickup truck. But a mean spirit drives some of his campaign.

At a West Springfield rally on Sunday, a Brown supporter yelled out “Shove a curling iron up her butt’’. The remark was a crude reference to Brown’s opponent, Attorney General Martha Coakley, who was criticized in a recent Boston Globe story for failing to aggressively prosecute a sexual abuse case involving a curling iron.

"Failing to aggressively prosecute"??? Is that what they call declining to press charges these days? Seriously, the best they can do is point out one comment yelled out by an alleged Brown supporter? This is what passes for suppressing the vote? Guys, really. When you compare it to dirty tricks like slashing tires of get-out-the-vote vans or having the Black Panthers patrolling voting precincts with clubs in their hands (talk about failing to prosecute, BTW), it's downright pathetic in vote suppression...

This piece is yet another misleading hit piece by the propaganda wing of the Democratic party Globe. Nowhere in the article is there a single shred of evidence that Brown - or any of his supporters - are suppressing anything except possibly their contempt for the piss-poor campaign that Coakley has been waging. Naturally, failing to "prove" anything, Venocchi throws the misogyny charge - again, with no basis in fact.

If it wasn't so emblematic of how far in the tank the Globe is for anyone with a (D) after their name, this piece would be laughable to the point of bitter satire.

GO SCOTT GO!!!

That is all.

When the opposition has to resort to baseless allegation and made-up nonsense, they truly reveal how desperate how they are.

Good to know that they consider the violent and unlawful sexual violation of a minor to be nothing of any significant concern... That alone does wonders for their cause.

"Brown should answer for some of the ugliness, which is reminscent of the misogynist attacks directed at Hillary Clinton when she was running for president."

And of course, no one on the liberal left ever called Sarah Palin a "cunt" or a "whore" or wished she'd be gang-raped or anything like that. Those peace-loving, diplomatic, kumbayah-singing liberals are just the heart and soul of goodwill, and we warmongering conservative types should be positively ashamed of ourselves. eyeroll

I swear I lose brain cells whenever I read articles like this.
