Couldn't Happen to a More Deserving Parasite

Barney Frank Heckled On Flight Over Health Care
Congressman Barney Frank confirmed a report Tuesday that he was verbally attacked on a cross-country flight Monday.

A passenger on the Los Angeles-to-Boston flight told the Boston Globe two ophthalmologists started shouting at Frank about health care reform.

Naturally, he didn't feel the need to respond to the doctors, as he is a member of Congress and therefore their superior. His partner (not the one that ran a prostitution ring out of Barney's condo in DC we assume) did have to have the flight attendant step in to stop the hoi polloi from ruining Barney's quiet time. It's quite interesting that the doctors involved were neither named nor charged, yet the article makes sure to mention that they had been drinking. Character assassination much?

One can only imagine the horrors had they brought up his involvement in the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac debacle...

That is all.

They must have done it because he's gay. Yeah, that's it.

'ol Barney is pretty much dead against everything that I like, but the one glaring exception is that he's a champion of the New England commercial fishing industry. Something about small isolated groups of men, alone for days at a time, working up a sweat; close quarters living... well, he's a big supporter of that lifestyle.

So Paul, what you're saying is that Barney Frank is a fan of seamen, eh?

Eight years of gleefully watching his minions and trolls parading around the country with Bush=Hitler signs, and NOW Barney's all about the civility.

Change.

@ Paul: Creepy!

@ Jay: BOOO!

And I'll just say that every doctor/medical professional I've talked to (there are quite a few of them who go to my church) get all dark and quiet-angry when you ask them what they think. Of course, I;m in MT, so there might be some sort of regional bias...
