While not having a big cookout, this afternoon I made one of my specialties . . . hickory-smoked turkey legs. Today's batch of 10 legs, made on a Weber 'kettle' grill, are smoked with a 60/40 mix of hickory and apple wood chips. I was inspired by the turkey legs available at the Disney parks.
