It's a common tactic - jump the small business owner as he brings the day's receipts to the bank - only this time they got more than they bargained for. They probably staked out the grocery store for a while, observing when he left, whether anyone accompanied him, etc. They just forgot to note if he looked like a sheep or a sheepdog.HOUSTON – Police were investigating Saturday after the owner of a grocery store shot two men who ambushed him outside his east Houston business.
Authorities said the owner of Shew Food Market near the corner of Canal and 76th was walking from the parking lot towards his store around 11:00 a.m. when two suspects ambushed him. The owner then opened fire, striking both suspects. One of the men died at the scene while the other was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
And paid the price for that difference.

If that's the one I think, it happened pretty close to the hat trick you posted earlier this week. This probably means Houston's goblins are incredibly dumb, but it also seems to indicate that the last store owner started something very good.
