Here's the description from Sal:

Les Baer 45 ACP caliber pistol. Baer/Busse combat package with Picatinny rail. Special combat model and combat knife made in collaboration with knifemaker Jerry Busse. This gun has an integral Picatinny rail and the pistol and knife each have a custom desert tan finish, special serrations in the metal and matching pattern micarta handles. Comes with a Streamlight TLR-1 tactical light, a total of 3 magazines and an oversize carrying case. A really unique and impressive set.
And then some.

A close-up of the knife:

Pointy!

And the whole set:

Boy, I sure wish that was safe enough for me to own...

That is all.

I can tell you from experience that Busse Combat makes one of the best user knives in the business. They are a little pricey. That model,The Jackhamer probably goes for around the $300 to $400 rang although you may find them cheaper. For a while they were exclusive to the Les Baer package but they did offer a rough finished model by itself at the 2008 Blade Show. They carry a lifetime warranty and it is a real warranty pretty much anything short of taking a saw, grinder or blowtorch to the knife will be covered.

excpt that's not a Picatinny rail -- it only has one slot.
