Confession is Good for the Soul...

It's also a way of sharing our mistakes with others so that they may learn from them...

I did something this weekend that I should have done a long time ago. I'm utterly ashamed that it's taken me so long to do it, especially because there was nothing stopping me except my sheer laziness. What matters, though, is that I finally corrected an egregious wrong.

I finally joined the Second Amendment Foundation.

Please. Don't make the mistake I made. Join today. Hell, join right now. Click on the banner and join SAF. They're doing a lot of really great work for our Second Amendment rights, and they have earned and continue to deserve our support. If you're already a member, please consider tossing a couple bucks their way if you can.

It's a small price to pay for all the good they do for us...

That is all.

I'm a life member of SAF, and will be sending them an additional donation soon. They've been doing great work, and now that they're doing some of it in MA, they're even more deserving of support.

Also deserving of support is Commonwealth Second Amendment (Comm2A). They're basically a Massachusetts analog of SAF. http://comm2a.org/ They, along with SAF, got Alan Gura involved with Hightower v Boston. They also have some additional cases in the works.

Not saying don't join, but do be aware when it comes to fundraising, SAF makes the NRA look like a basket of cute and fluffy kittens. Whatever you do do NOT give them your phone number, unless you enjoy calls begging for oney in the middle of dinner.

Good on you, Jay. Also good on you that you dumped your GOA membership in the same week!

There's a man who loves freedom!
