2 robbery suspects dead at jewelry store
Sure looks like they broke into the wrong store. They walked in with a gun in the middle of the day looking to intimidate the occupants, and two out of three ended up leaving in a hearse. While it would be a better story of the count was 3-for-3, it's not for lack of trying. The story as written indicates that the day's events are unclear, but it looks like three people walk into a jewelry store, at least one of which is armed, and they got more than they bargained for.SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO – A jewelry robbery turned deadly Friday when gunfire erupted at a busy South County shopping center, leaving a pair of robbers dead.
An employee shot and killed two men during the attempted robbery while a third escaped, managing to elude a police manhunt.
Dead Goblin Count: 172
That is all.

I don't like this part:
Investigators interviewed two employees after the robbery, Doan said, as they looked into the circumstances that led to the shooting.
"What caused them to believe they should fire?" (Lt.) Doan (of the Orange County Sheriff's Department) said. "Was that person in fear of their life or someone else being injured?"
Typical Kalifornia BS. Three thugs walk into their business with (I'll assume) gun(s) drawn.
OF COURSE THAT PERSON WAS IN FEAR OF THEIR LIFE, YOU MORONIC BADGE-WEARING TWIT!
The blogpost right below this one should be all the employee needs to prove that. The PD should be giving the righteous shooter an award and a fresh box of ammo for saving the taxpayers a ton of money, not investigating him/her for murder.
