Man Arrested For 65th Time After Holding Woman And Her Children Hostage
NORTHBROOK, Ill. (STMW) – A woman and her two small children escaped a home in unincorporated Northbrook after her attacker fell asleep, ending a week-long captivity during which the woman repeatedly beaten.
Francisco Tirado, 27, of the 3700 block of Salem Walk in unincorporated Northbrook, was charged Friday with two felony counts of aggravated domestic battery and one felony count of aggravated unlawful restraint, according to a release from the Cook County Sheriff’s office.
27 years old and he's been arrested 65 times. The story later explains that he has been arrested 65 times since 2001 - when he was 17 and presumably able to be charged as an adult. Since the juvenile records are sealed, there's no way of knowing the total number of times this POS has been arrested or PC'd.
Even assuming all other arrests were for nonviolent, victimless crimes, how do you manage to get arrested more than once every other month for ten freakin' years and still be walking the streets? Even more, the story lists violent crimes as part of his past history - yet he was out walking the streets. He used a knife, his hands, and a toilet to injure and threaten his victims here - think gun control would have helped his victims?
Or maybe, if there were less gun control, we'd have another Dead Goblin to add to the count rather than a scumbag hitting the "justice" system revolving door for the 65th time...
That is all.

wv ineptant... The criminal court system in Mordor is ineptant, that's why dood was able to be arrested 65 times without being taken off the streets perminantly.
If you've been arrested 65 times, then I don't care if you're 100 years old...it's still proof that not only are you an incorrigible criminal, but that you suck at being a criminal.
