I see that it's cold there, from which range you were shooting at. ;-)
Now that we've gotten over the 80 days in a row over 100 degrees, it's nice here. Low 80s at the blogshoot today (Bat Simpson is NOT a happy camper ...).
But next time you take the crew to Disney, you have a place to crash on your way. Atlanta is a detout, but not much of one.
I will wait patiently. The SR9C has won out, so far, in our quest for matching CCW handguns. The wife just didn't like the fit and feel of the M&P 9 Compact in her hand. I'm more than happy to go with the Ruger now that it has been debugged as much as a machine of it's nature can, there are more sights and holsters for it, etc.

Open Invitation for New Shooters
Just want to extend an open invitation to all potential new shooters in the Northern Virginia area. If you have never shot a firearm, or would like to get back into the shooting sports, or are an accomplished shooter who'd like to try something in my arsenal, give me a shout.
New shooters get range time, targets, gun use and ammo on me. I've even got extra eye and ear protection - all you have to do is show up.

Nice! Trigger time always helps 'soothe' the savage beast! LOL
Oh, see any deer?
;-)
Borepatch, We were shooting on the heated indoor range at Mass Rifle in Woburn.
Also I will add that while I was a wizard with my FAL, I couldn't shoot for shit with the pistols today.
Meanwhile Jay "Minute of Berm" G was a surgeon with the pistols.
We all have bad days, and we all have awesome ones.
So, will we be getting some comments on the SR9C now!?
SR9c comments will take a little time. I want to put the little gun through its paces first.
Besides, I have to write up the Sig Mosquito first...
And no, no deer this time...

Thanks, Jay!
