March Forth!

Reader Ed sends in the latest addition to the count:

Store owner "heartbroken" after shooting teen suspect
TAMPA, Fla.- Taquanda Baker began to cry after learning the teenage suspect she shot during an alleged armed robbery had died.

Tampa Police say 16-year-old Quintavius Moore entered Baker's store on North Armenia Avenue around 10:45 Monday morning and asked for change. Detectives say he left only to return a half hour later, armed with a gun and demanding money.
She recognized him as a regular in the store. Now, what do you think was going to happen at that point? Was he going to rob her and walk out of the store, so she could go right to the police and properly identify him? Or was he going to take no chances and leave no witnesses? Thing is, no one except the goblin knows that answer (and, truth be told, I'd wager a good number of goblins don't even know the answer until it's too late).

Don't rely on the mercy of goblins - rely on Mssrs. Smith & Wesson.

Dead Goblin Count: 269

That is all.
