So I was chatting with Dennis of Dragon Leatherworks the other night, and we talked about the 2012 NRA Annual Meeting in St. Louis next month. We're staying in the same hotel (as opposed to hotels ten miles apart like last year in Pittsburgh...) and are both arriving Thursday evening.
We both had so much fun last year at the Thursday evening kickoff that we'd like to do it again, and since we hadn't heard anyone else doing it, figured we'd jump right in and see if we couldn't get things going. Here's the traditional format:
Where: Millennium Hotel, St. Louis
When: Thursday, April 12th, 2012. ~ 7:00 PM until the last person drops (very flexible!)
What: Get together for folks attending the 2012 NRA Annual Meeting in St. Louis
Why: Reconnect with old friends and make new ones; put faces to the names you read; enjoy frosty malt or other adult beverages.
Who: Anyone staying nearby or in town for the convention
So who's in or at least going to the NRA Convention this year?

Can't go. Wife is heading down to Robb's neck of the woods for a Family Get together that week, and I get to Housesit (ever pay the Kennel Fees on 2 Dogs and a Cat for a week?) then pick her up from the Warm, Comforting Arms of the TSA on Sunday.
But she gets to stay home when I get to go to RomneyLand and do some shooting this summer. Got that scheduled yet?

Barb and I will be there. Heck, I even know where the hotel is located!
