Fresh off the BLNN presses is this story that just has me smilin'...

Elderly sisters, aged 94 and 93, fight off armed carjacker in New Jersey

HAMILTON, N.J. – Two elderly sisters, aged 94 and 93, have fought off an armed 27-year-old man who tried to rob them and steal their car in New Jersey.

Police said Sergio Fernando Solorzano-Vasquez, armed with a knife, broke into the sisters' car and hid in the back seat when they went into a store Sunday morning, myFOXny.com reported.

Wow. When you get your ass beat by a 94 year old woman, it's time you reconsider your life of crime. It's good to hear that neither of the two ladies were injured, of course; even better than they were able to defend themselves against a much-younger, armed assailant. This is the world the anti-gun folks would have us live in, where nonagenarians need to go hand-to-hand against 20-something hoodlums carrying knives.

At least in this case, there's a happy ending for the victims and one wanna-be gangster who's going to have to explain to his hoodlum pals how he got his ass beat by a woman old enough to be his great-grandmother...
