You know, I realized something. When I put up my "Honey I Shrunk the Sig" post, I neglected to post a shot of the P250 in sub-compact guise all on its own (compact size here). Sure, it's shown in comparison to the compact grip frame and slide (and done up as a mock 245), but I neglected to show it as a subcompact .45 ACP. Allow me to remedy that:
As I mentioned in the post about the X-Change conversion kit, the sub-compact size is slightly smaller than the compact Glock 30. It still allows for a full two fingers on the grip, with the pinky slightly overhanging the bottom of the grip. It will also eat out of the compact and full size magazines, so you can back up the 6+1 rounds with 10 rounds from the full size magazine. No word on whether a pinky extension floor plate will be offered.
I'd say I can't wait to shoot it, but I kinda already have - that's the neat part about the X-change system!
