She left their home to get away from him. He followed her to her new residence, broke in, and started assaulting her daughter. Sounds pretty clear cut to me. Especially since this occurred at 3:30 in the morning - it's not like he came by with some dinner hoping to patch things up. He broke into her new house in the wee hours of the morning and wound up carried out on a stretcher. That's what happens when "gun control" is not permitted to take away the best tools for self defense.BLACK MOUNTAIN — A woman said she shot her estranged husband to death after he broke into her house and assaulted her daughter, authorities said.The shooting, at a home on Maney Lane just outside of town, was reported in a 911 call shortly before 3:30 a.m. Monday, said Lt. Randy Sorrells of the Buncombe County Sheriff’s Office.
