VFTP Blog Dinner Update, Fin

"A Dinner With Tam" is roaring up on us at the end of the week. Cinco de Mayo - drunk college kids slamming back tequila and $7 Coronas. Yay. The movers and shakers of the gun blogosphere (and some weirdo shaved head biker gun nut) will be gathering for dinner, though, to meet the proprietor of View from the Porch while she's in the Granite State.

Where: Jillian's, Manchester NH. It seemed like the majority of folks agreed that being able to play pool and have free wi-fi was the way to go.

When: Saturday, May 5th, 2012, 7:00 PM* 6:30PM

*Management tells me that we stand a better chance of actually eating sometime that evening if we get there before 7, as they have a large group coming in at 7... I will be there by 6:15PM to secure our table.

What: Dinner with the Mistress of Snark for Northeast area bloggers, commenters, lurkers, and readers.

Why: Connect with friends, meet the author of View from the Porch, plan the summer blogshoot, and basically have a good meal with some great company.

We've also had a request from Bandit for a pre-dinner blogshoot. There's The Firing Line (oh, the irony!) in Manchester a relatively short distance from Jillian's for those who are interested in a little shooty goodness before dinner; I won't be able to make it but if folks want to get together there first that'd be fun.
