I'm getting close to unveiling my "Birth of an AR" project - the second, long-distance AR. The carbine is currently on hiatus while the rifle is completed, and probably will get pieced together at the start of the new year. It's going to be a complete York Arms rifle, with the lower and upper courtesy of the Maineiac Wally himself, with some custom touches and a few high(er) end items that he tells me will make this rifle a real tackdriver. It will hopefully be joined by a big brother in .308 Win later, too...
Yeah, I'm just a little excited about this, can you tell?
That is all.

My custom lower from York Arms is due to be delivered to my local toy store Wednesday. 8 weeks I've been waiting. When it arrives I'll photograph it with it's artwork for your enjoyment.

No berm is safe!
