Bob S. sends in the latest addition to the count. He's not sure it's entirely on the level, but I'll allow it...

Fatal shooting at Lancaster apartment complex
LANCASTER — Police and crime scene detectives are investigating a fatal shooting at an apartment complex in Lancaster Wednesday night.

A person was approached by a robbery suspect in the parking lot of the Bel-Air Place Apartments at 1508 Dewberry Boulevard around 8:45 p.m., investigators said. That person was led to an apartment by the suspect.
Sounds to me like the goblin got greedy. He grabbed his victim in the parking lot, then got stupid and either made the victim go to his apartment to get more money or let the victim talk him into going to the apartment, where the victim had a firearm. Police are not expecting any charges, so I'm willing to call this a good shoot. The one thing that doesn't make sense is why the goblin was found in the victim's car - but maybe he got the keys from the victim and was going to drive himself to the hospital.

In any case, we have a live good guy and a deceased goblin - I'm calling that a win.

Dead Goblin Count: 381

That is all.

Lancaster, TX is in the Dallas area. The driver's window of the car had been shot out. It looks like the thug was stealing the car. The gunfight began at the apt. and went to the parking lot.
The taxpayers are off the hook on this one.
