With all the excitement of the past few weeks, I haven't had a chance to post about something that showed up a little while ago:
That's the Redfield Battlezone Tac-22 rifle scope specifically designed for the .22LR cartridge. It's a variable power scope ranging from 2-7X, which is a significant step up from the standard 4X Tasco scopes that are on most of my .22LR rifles! As I mentioned in the Counterstrike review over at Shooting Illustrated, I was very impressed by the quality of the Redfield scope. A quick look at the Battlezone reveals the same attention to detail, with features like resettable adjustment markings and water/fog/shockproof case that are normally found in scopes much pricier than the Battlezone.
Now, to get this out in the field before the move!
