Dem. Operative Involved in 2004 Tire Slashing Shows Up in Virginia Gov. McAuliffe's Cabinet
The name Levar Stoney may not ring a bell to many in Wisconsin, but the new Secretary of the Commonwealth of Virginia and former Deputy Campaign Manager for Governor-elect Terry McAuliffe has some scandalous history in Wisconsin. What, you don't remember the tire-slashing incident in Wisconsin in 2004? That's not surprising, mind you - the media did its damnedest to ignore the story as hard as they possibly could. Of course, they did this while accusing the Republicans of racism, classism, ageism, and pretty much every other "ism" out there under the sun for wanting to require IDs to vote. The GOP was accused of voter suppression - when all they wanted was for voters to prove who they are, something you have to do to cash a check or rent a car. The Democrats went out and slashed the tires of GOP-hired "Get Out The Vote" vans, and a collective yawn escaped the maw of the mainstream media.
In 2004, Levar Stoney was involved in covering up and lying for five Democratic campaign operatives who slashed the tires of 25 vans rented by the Republican Party for get out the vote efforts.
And now, one of the prime architects of that voter suppression effort is in the cabinet of the new Governor of Virginia. Great. This is really encouraging - I'm sure that Terry McAuliffe is going to represent all of the people of Virginia, not merely the 47% that voted him into office, right? And I'm certain that his, what, 1.5% margin of victory was not tainted by voter fraud or suppression in any way, right? I mean, it's not like he had someone connected to voter fraud in his cabine- oh, wait...
We're getting the government we deserve, good and hard...
That is all.

Actually we had a turn out of 48% of the registered voters. So not even half of those voted for Terry.
Who is running the office pool for how soon to impeachment?
