It Is Time...
...to unveil this year's Buy A Gun Day purchase. Since it is Friday, after all, and therefore time for the Friday Gun Pic, I present to you the 2007 Buy A Gun Day gun. I did mention that it's a .308, right?

Say the word, brother. I'm good. I'll go in on 7.62X39mm with you if you'd like, and will be happy to (ab)use your generosity and Free State address to score some cheap(er) .308...
Check with FBMG for 20 rd mags they had made for the .308 VEPR.
I have a Robinson VEPR II in 7.62x39, it is my favorite rifle. I've always rather fancied the unconverted models.
That's a very attractive rifle.
Why it has two things going for it I love; its .308 and its AK reliability.
That'd be a fine addition to anyone's collction.
