Death for man who kidnapped, murdered Idaho boy
Someone PLEASE tell me that Idaho has "Drawing and Quartering" as their death penalty. Barring that I'll take death-by-woodchipper a la Fargo, only with this worthless waste of oxygen alive at the onset of the chipper.BOISE, Idaho — A longtime sex offender was sentenced to death Wednesday for the 2005 kidnapping, torture and murder of a 9-year-old northern Idaho boy after federal jurors who watched video of some of the brutality deliberated just three hours.
The jurors' recommendation was binding on U.S. District Judge Edward Lodge, who thanked them, dismissed them and then sentenced Joseph Edward Duncan III.
Relatives of the victim, Dylan Groene, remained somber as the jury's decision was announced. Duncan murdered Dylan's mother, older brother and his mother's fiance to kidnap him and his younger sister, who was sexually abused along with her brother but survived."The jury speaks the mind of the community," U.S. Attorney Tom Moss said. "By the verdict today, they have given voice to the victims."
If there is any justice in the world, Dylan's father will put a .30-06 slug right through this bastard's worthless melon the first time they move him. And no jury in America should convict him.

Duncan showed no reaction other than smiling as the verdict was passed to the judge.
Kill this motherfucker tomorrow. If not tonight. Give me the fucking job, I will drive out to Idaho myself to put a dozen 12 gauge slugs through his worthless body. No, strike that. It would give me the greatest pleasure in the world to beat this piece of shit to death with my bare fucking hands.
I wonder if this was a premonition of things to come:

Jay - You and I are on the same page. I say bring back drawing & quartering, the pillory, and public hangings.
Even my parents think I'm a heartless asshole in that regard.
THEY (the criminals) are/were the heartless ones. They deserve it.

I like your style, brother. Maybe his man parts can also be sawed off with a dull serrated steak knife while he's still alive, so he could watch it/them be fed to a wild animal.
The only good part here is since it's a federal court, one complete set of appeals courts are eliminated. Which means it might be as "little" as five years until this sub human piece of crap is removed from the face of the earth.

Actually, I was thinking more of a crate of Viagra to his cellmate (hopefully a large "friendly" guy), to make his stay more interesting until he is executed.
The sad thing is that he already has at least two life sentences for killing the mother and fiance. Now he gets to stand trial in California for another murder.
It would be really good if a way could be found to get on with the death penalty for this deserving scum and stop letting him bleed society and it's resources.
If he were to somehow escape.... I don't think he'd get far.
For an individual like this, I'd rather see Kafka's style of execution from "In the Penal Colony".
