Ketchup. After spending time living in Pittsburgh there is no discussion. It is Ketchup and only Heinz will do. I have seen a person walk out of a restaurant because there was a bottle of Hunts on the table.
Early Western ketchups were dipping sauces.According to our internet experts, the first ketchup recipe appeared in Elizabeth Smith’s book The Compleat (yes that's how they spelled it) Housewife of 1727 and that it included anchovies, shallots, vinegar, white wine, sweet spices (cloves, ginger, mace, nutmeg), pepper and lemon peel. Not a tomato in sight, you will note — tomato ketchup was not introduced until about a century later, in the US.

Open Invitation for New Shooters
Just want to extend an open invitation to all potential new shooters in the Northern Virginia area. If you have never shot a firearm, or would like to get back into the shooting sports, or are an accomplished shooter who'd like to try something in my arsenal, give me a shout.
New shooters get range time, targets, gun use and ammo on me. I've even got extra eye and ear protection - all you have to do is show up.

Ketchup. Now, what are we supposed to discuss?
That red stuff. I don't read it, I just use it.
You can call it Catsup, or you can call it Ketchup, but either way, it's Mustard that's going on my burger, dog, or brat! :)
Casey
Catsup, Ketchup, Catchup, Happy Funtime Tomato Flavored Condiment, whatever. As long as it comes in gallon jug I'm happy.

In any case, I use malt vinegar on my fries.
Unless it actually contains cat, it's spelled with a K
I say barbeque sauce. Preferably the stuff made by the Pepperman. 'Cause if you're not sweating, you're not eating.
Enough said.
Hunt's Ketchup.
What Brigid said.
Personally, I don't eat that crap. I haven't had a bottle of it in my house in almost thirty years, and then it was just for other people to use.
Actually I prefer the cheapest ketchup/catsup I can find
When you're shooting the bottles with .308 for the splashy goodness, you don't care how it is spelled.
