Your place ok after that blow? Mine is fine, just a little messy with assorted yard debris. Neighbor lost a big branch onto the sidewalk, but no damage.
Somebody at the train station was talking about getting her garage squashed by a tree!
It was NASTY last night!
Kids have no school; the folks across the street from my parents got HAMMERED - a LARGE tree branch came down and CRUSHED both of their cars... :(
We actually had a net positive - when the town crews showed up to remove the branches, they stopped at our place and cut up the two large branches that fell earlier this winter.
SCORE!
Did the wind by chance pull down that big branch over your driveway that always creeps me out?
No, that one's still there, believe it or not. We're going to have the tree looked at in the spring and decide whether we want to merely prune it or actually take it down...
Friggin thing scares the crap out of me every time I park under it.
Still if it survived that howl it must be stuck in pretty good.
