Open Invitation for New Shooters
Just want to extend an open invitation to all potential new shooters in the Northern Virginia area. If you have never shot a firearm, or would like to get back into the shooting sports, or are an accomplished shooter who'd like to try something in my arsenal, give me a shout.
New shooters get range time, targets, gun use and ammo on me. I've even got extra eye and ear protection - all you have to do is show up.

Except you would use a Moisin Nagant rifle with a fixed bayonet.

I mean, why the lanyard ring? Where is that pig gonna hook up a lanyard? To his corkscrew tail?

I dunno, the lanyard ring speaks of some older, classier, revolver of a bygone age.
A good sidearm is just not complete without a lanyard ring. I can only hope that after this Mr. Pig reloaded, tucked his service pistol back into its well-worn flap holster, remebered to apply his lanyard, and then brewed himself a good fresh tea.
Somewhat related, I saw a guy open carrying a Colt 1917 w/lanyard ring in an el-cheapo IWB holster the other day.
