The Mouse(gun) that (didn't) roar
Walther P22 with suppressor. With subsonic ammo, this gun is no louder than a BB gun.This gun right here is just one more reason to hate stupid gun laws. With the suppressor on it, you could shoot this all day long with simple plugs and be fine. You could use it to start new shooters off - no recoil, no loud noise, it's pretty much the perfect gun for someone brand new to shooting. But, of course, we cling to archaic rules set forth more than 75 years ago, making them artificially expensive and keeping supply down.
Or - and I'm sure this will come as a complete shock - out and out forbidden in MA...

Simple plugs? This is quieter to your ears as it is than WITH plugs shooting unsuppressed. Good PLUGS take out maybe 30dB. This suppressor takes out 40 dB.
