LEGAL immigrants are no better or worse then any other American at taking jobs or abusing benefits. While I don't like the way some of the questions there are worded either, I do feel the results were more accurate for me. It's graphical rather then a hard left/right number, but I was almost as far as you could go into the libertarian zone.
