Intruder shot dead by Lancaster homeowner
LANCASTER — A Lancaster homeowner shot and killed a man inside his residence Thursday evening.
Police said it appeared that the homeowner was acting in self-defense and that no charges would be filed.
From the scant reporting, it looks as though our hero came home and parked his car in his garage when the goblin in question slipped into the house. Homeowner then proceeds to ventilate intruder "4 or 5 times" - shoot to stop the threat - until the goblin is neutralized. Unfortunately for the goblin, "neutralized" meant room temperature. And since this is by-G-d Texas, the homeowner will not be charged for defending his own life.
Score another one for the good guys.
