Gettin' There...

Danno sends us another addition to the DGC:

PD: Robbery suspect fatally shot partner at Phoenix jewelry store
PHOENIX - Police say a jewelry store robbery suspect fatally shot his partner Friday in Phoenix.

Phoenix police Sgt. Tommy Thompson said two men entered the Joyeria Princess jewelry store near 43rd Avenue and Indian School Road around 10:15 a.m., then a third entered the store.

This one's a little unusual, in that it wasn't exactly a private citizen's legally owned firearm that dispatched the goblin, but I think this one should still count - the store owner did have his own gun and did produce it to stop the robbery. From the write-up, it may even be possible that the jewelry store owner shot the robber with his own gun in the struggle.

In any case, we have one dead goblin and one live store owner, so I call it a win for the good guys.

Dead Goblin Count: 89

That is all.

UPDATE: FarmDad from GBC sends a different link to this story that indicates the storeowner fired the fatal shot. Definite addition!
