Merlin brings another new shooter into the fold.
His 12-year old daughter.
Go. Read the gunnie goodness. Side note - it looks like her first rifle is the same as what I have planned for TheBoy - an Ithaca Arms M-49. There are pictures galore, and in every one there's a central theme - this was a happy, fun event. No one got hurt (well, unless you count feelings at VPC...), tools were used as intended, everyone had fun.
Which is what usually happens when People of the Gun get together...

Thanks for the linky love. And yes, great fun was had by everyone. I also got a chance to shoot the AR-15, and I think my grin was a big as hers :)
