Store clerk shoots, kills alleged robber
A West Side convenience store clerk shot and killed a suspected armed robber Sunday night.
San Antonio police Sgt. Sean Johnson said a male and female employee were at the Leal Food Mart in the 2100 block of Leal Street when just after 8 p.m. a man wearing a mask entered the store.
Johnson said the man was armed with a handgun. The male clerk grabbed a handgun and shot the alleged robber.
Another report indicates that the male clerk shot the goblin after the goblin pointed his weapon at the female clerk. Chivalry is not dead, folks. Also, please note (from JP's link) that the clerk used a .380 and took down the dude with a single head shot. Placement is key with your pocket rocket, folks...
Dead Goblin Count: 125
That is all.

I still don't get why they don't report this as "Store owner ALLEGEDLY shoots man who ALLEGEDLY was robbing the store".
if they don't use allegedly, they can be sued, possibly, maybe. Better safe than sorry for them.
