Borepatch has lost his father.
Words escape me at times like this, washed away in the grief. From reading BP's account of his dad, it's certain that he was a man we should all strive to emulate. He sure raised one helluva son - I'm proud to call Borepatch my friend, and my heart breaks to hear his sad news.
Just know that we're all out here for you, BP, now and always, and to call on us if you need anything.
That is all.

Thank you, Jay. More than I know how to say.
My blog is wearing black to honor Borepatch at this sad time.

Losing your father is always a great loss... and one that we never get over.
Words escape me at times like this...
That's okay boss. Sometimes the best thing you can say is nothing. (But I think you did a pretty good job, there. BP's lucky to have friends like you and the others who have come around him.)
