Cleveland man fatally shoots 20-year-old who broke into garage

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A 20-year-old Cleveland man was shot dead this morning in the 600 block of East 103rd Street.

Police were called at 1:15 a.m. about a burglary and found Robin Smith dead with gunshot wounds to his neck and leg.

The interesting part is that the goblin was wearing a shoulder holster (with a gun in it). This is one of those cases where, again, the reporting is so scant that it's hard to draw any firm conclusions, but it looks like the goblin kicked in a door, started mucking around with the car inside the garage, which in turn alerted the homeowner to his presence. Homeowner has the foresight to arm himself while going to investigate, goes into the attached garage to find an armed man trying to break into his car.

It's hard to see how this is anything other than a good shoot...
