Massachusetts "Justice" System: Accomplice to Murder...

Lovely.

Alleged killer was out on day pass

Ricardo Arias, released for the day from juvenile custody, was supposed to be at a Red Sox game Saturday evening.

Instead, prosecutors say that the 17-year-old from Roslindale, who was being held for gun possession, left the game early to stalk the South End. There, he and a friend asked several people whether they lived in Villa Victoria, the low-income housing complex associated with a rival gang.

He shot someone dead because they live in a certain apartment complex. He's 17 years old. He's ineligible to own a handgun anywhere in the US; he's certainly too young to have a MA LTC to carry said handgun; and he was locked up for illegal possession of a firearm. These are the facts of the case. What's pretty certain is that the players in the "justice" system knew that he was also a gang member - yet they let him out of the secure juvenile facility, unsupervised, so that he could go to a Red Sox game.

Are you f**king kidding me???

What is this, Dukakis part II? There's a list of other kids killed as a result of gang violence; most in gang-related, senseless killings. The powers-that-be would have you believe that a complicated series of events involving guns from out of state and lax gun laws are responsible; yet suggest that it's a result of non-existent punishment for even major crimes and you're a racist. Suggest that violent thugs with gang ties stay in jail and you're pretty much a Tea bagging terrorist.

Yet suggest that a gang-banger in jail on weapons charges be given an unsupervised pass to a Red Sox game and you'd be part of the MA "Justice" system...

That is all.

In wyoming and missouri there's no age limit on open carry, in montana and alaska the limit is 14, in vermont it's 16. In wyoming and vermont they have constitutional carry(no permit required, in fact wyoming has NO restrictions at all, concealed or open, your daughter could legally concealed carry in wyoming).

But yeah, letting gang bangers walk the streets DURING their sentenced time is generally a bad idea.

I would like to take my wife to red sox games, but between our conflicting work schedules, our dog, bills, and the cost of the games these days, I'm not able to.

I guess if I was a murderer I'd have more time and resources to make it out to a game.
