Quick shout-out to some friends of mine doing good work in the Volksrepublik. They teach handgun and carbine courses as well as the Basic Firearms Safety course necessary for MA subjects to beg for their permits. Good folks, great training, and I'm hoping to work some in this year if at all possible.

Jay, have you done any training with them? I really ought to get some more formal training in this year (sounds like a resolution in there somewhere). If you have any direct experience with local trainers, I would be interested to hear you opinions/recommendations either in a post, or I could always pick your brain at the NE Blogger Winter Dinner.
