Police: Cleveland business owner shoots and kills a man during argument
CLEVELAND - A Cleveland business owner shot and killed a man after police said the man made threats during an argument.
According to Cleveland police, the incident began late Thursday night when the owner of “The Kitchen,” an Internet cafĂ© located at 6816 Superior Avenue, had an argument with another man over food.
When the imbecile who has watched too many John Woo movies meets a determined store owner with a shotgun, the man with two pistols is a dead man... It's hard to tell what must have gone through this dumbass's mind (before the 00 pellets, of course) - what did he think he was going to accomplish with the pistols? He obviously had no intention of shooting anyone; is this another case of magical thinking? Even with that, did he think he was going to commit a felony and walk away scot-free?
In any case, he found out the hard way that when it's time to shoot, shoot - a lesson the cafe owner obviously *did* know...

That is all.

Read about this and was going to send it to you but got here and it was up.
What the usual line for this..
Play stupid games..
Win stupid prizes.
Make threats and brandish weapons,
what was the fool expecting?
No surprises there. Well actually one, the store owner was not the usual disarmed sheep.
Eck!
You've got to love that headline. Biased jerks.
Yeah, the headline is biased, and so is the actual article. We need to get down to the last half of the article to before we find out the DG was threatening the store owner with 2 guns. Then, at the end of the article, they make it a point to mention the store owner was licensed to carry a concealed weapon, what the heck does THAT have to do with anything? The owner had a shotgun inside his business, he didn't need a CCW for that.
I'm having trouble with the Cleveland.Com site, so don't be surprised if the link goes squirrelly on you. However, the Cleveland D.A IS looking into filing charges against the Shop Owner, because his staff didn't call in the PoPo. Also, the Cleveland P.D. and its MAIG Mayor Frank Jackson have been known to prosecute Lawful Shootings that have been upheld many times, yet they still persist in wasting Tax Payer Money, 'cause they ALWAYS Lose. BLNN will report any updates in the case.
Shouldn't the DGC have reset to zero on New Years Day?
