Had an opportunity to take a quick video of the new Charter Arms Pitbull, the new .40 S&W revolver available from Charter Arms:
It's got a secondary catch so that there is no moon clip needed to extract the rounds from the cylinder after firing. As can be seen in the video, you have to be careful to eject downwards or the extractor rides over the round entirely, so if you want fast reloads you'd be better served with moon clips.
That's an intriguing design - I'd love to get the chance to try this out!
