And We Will Call Her "Walking Eagle"...

Oh, lordy, this is rich...

Indian lore will play OK in Elizabeth Warren’s ‘tribe
There’s an old saying in the Indian Nation: When accused of being a fake Indian, go on the warpath.

And so we have Granny Warren, the carpetbagging Democrat candidate for the U.S. Senate doubling down after being unable to produce a scintilla of evidence to back up her claims to a piece of the racial-preference racket.
Apparently, Elizabeth Warren is claiming to be of American Indian descent in her bid to unseat Scott Brown. So far, there's nothing to go on besides her word - and her application to Harvard, which is apparently being sealed by the college rather than divulged. Yeah, how's that transparency working out for you? The woman who made fun of Scott Brown for modeling to get through college may have lied on her job application to one of the most prestigious schools in the world, but how dare Scott Brown appear au naturel in a magazine?

It'll be interesting to see how this plays out. This is the first I've heard of this incident - compare and contrast with the coverage of the National Guard letter from George Bush's commanding officer in the Texas Air National Guard that was "fake but accurate". When the media wants to believe something is true - despite any and all evidence to the contrary - they'll go to great lengths to make sure that everyone else believes it is true. Something tells me that if it were Scott Brown making such a claim - with the same "evidence" to back it up as Warren - the media would have no trouble investigating every application Brown has ever filed in his life.

Warren, for some unknown reason, gets the full Ward Churchill treatment...

That is all.

Dickhead Blumenthal, now senator of CT, lied about serving in Vietnam, yet was still elected. Truth is optional for Democrats, don'tcha know.

Well if the traditional native american way of picking the name was used, hers would probably be something like shitting piegeon, or leashed dog walking.

(Go ahead next time you exit a hospital, and take note of the first animal you see and what it's doing).

I am gonna stand with Ms Warren on this .. she and me are of mixed indigenous and immigrant descent, we all are proud of our mixed heritage - around where I am anyway - while others decry their white forbears, clambering aboard the race bandwagon and blaming whitey for everything ..

Most white immigration to America pre 18th century, was recruited from British prisons, many of these erstwhile slaves intermarried with indigenous women..

Gets up my neck since I am of mixed Tasmanian aboriginal / convict descent, thru my father's father who insisted his was an aboriginal family, while my maternal grandmother a Glaswegian Jewess, married a mainland aboriginal from South Australia, whence she bore my mother ..

In Tasmania unless you all are from the "Five Families," the same ones turn on their fellows like mongrel dogs .. so very often family tradition is all that there is to go on!

While the only response from the blacks, that roam in packs bashing and killing here in Brisbane, has been "..look at this c***, thinks he's white" .. http://www.dockersunion.net/vb/showthread.php?583-The-Murder-of-Hoera-Te-Kooti
