Heh. Here's a first for me. I'm going shooting with Lissa and Mike this afternoon. For the first time in recent memory, I'm going shooting with semi-automatic handguns only - not a single revolver in the bunch! Bringing the two laser cannons (G30 and P226) and the 1991A1 Compact.
No wheelguns - not even a .22 revolver... Sometimes I don't even know me any more... :)

Myself, meeting #2 heir at the range to try out some new shooty gear, including the Lasermax in the G-30. Boy bought himself a Citadel 1911, and that oughta be interesting as well.....
Jay, I shot my Citadel Compact at my first IDPA event yesterday. What a hoot!!
Carteach, mine took about 150 rounds to "break in" and I had to learn to not "limp wrist" it if I didn't want feed failures. He'll love it.

Bring two or three on Tuesday. And drink lots of coffee, too.

I'm going to throw this question out there and hope someone (on any blog) can answer it...
I'm an Englishman and my better-half wants to travel to New York to celebrate my 40th birthday next year. I'd rather go somewhere else and do something more 'american' than look at shops. Any ideas where a foreigner would best go to find some shooty-goodness and good company? Knowing my girl, I know I'll end up staying in NY, but I can dream until I pay for the hotel...
