There's apparently this new website called "I Write Like" that purports to analyze a segment of your writing and tells you which professional writer your style resembles. All the cool kids have posted their results, and not wanting to be left behind, I figured I'd toss mine up as well. I used a slightly different algorithm, though, and got the following result:
I write like:
Me.
That is all.

:D
nah, Alan's iCool.
Apparantly some guy in Canada writes like I do. I'd never heard of him, but I am considering suing him for copyright infringement. I mean it worked for J.K. Rowling...
:)
Errrr...as my my number 2 teenage son tells me quite often.
IN fact twice this morning!
"Your wierd!"
Heh
But I'm still diggin' on the H.P. Lovecraft thing. MUhahahahaha!
It said I write like Steven King. It did not mention how I went about getting paid like Steven King.
I put in three posts that are pretty normal for me, and got that Cory Doctorow guy. I put in my longer posts and got Dan Brown.
Then I put in some actual text written by H.P. Lovecraft and was told he writes like Arthur C. Clarke.
Then I copied some text from one of Terry Goodkind's books and got Dan Brown again.
So I put in some text from Dan Brown and got Dan Brown. But some different Dan Brown text got Arthur C. Clarke.
I think it might only know a few different writers.
