He was attacked and responded with appropriate force - anyone that breaks into your house and then attacks when challenged is presenting a clear and present danger to the homeowner. Getting your damn self shot is an occupational hazard should you decide to enter the field of home invasion...VICTORVILLE • A Victorville resident shot and killed an intruder in his home Sunday morning, according to officials from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies responded to an audible alarm at a residence in the 14100 block of Calle Contesa Road in Victorville at 3 a.m. Sunday. Deputies found a man with gunshot wounds inside the home.
