The Randomness of Shuffle...

Alternate title: the benefits of eclectic musical tastes...

The following songs were heard, in succession, on my iPod this morning on the drive into work:
  • "Unchained" by Van Halen
  • "What's the Matter Here" by 10,000 Maniacs
  • "Funiculì, Funiculà" as performed by Luciano Pavarotti
  • "Break Stuff" by Limp Bizkit
  • "By The Time I Get To Arizona" by Public Enemy
And yes, I did sing along to all of them...

That is all.

That's OK, I was singing along to Better Than Ezra's "Good" this morning.

Loudly and badly I might add.

I'll buy a brick of .22LR to the first person who can present video of Jay singing along to "Funiculì, Funiculà."

I once bought Devo and BB King albums (umm, yes, vinyl) in the same trip to the record store. Remember those?

I thought my musical tastes were diverse....
