Shindig...

So there was this little soirée last night... Got into Pittsburgh after some interesting traffic (and no matter what Weerd says, I did *NOT* have the minivan on two wheels yesterday on the ride - three wheels were on the ground at all times) and barely had enough time to drop my stuff in my hotel room before heading to the Thursday evening get-together hosted by Unc. Naturally, my hotel room is about as far from the restaurant as possible, leading to a comical half-run in my Flounder-like zeal to not miss anything.

It was an amazing turnout - there were at least two dozen folks that I counted, and I'm sure I missed a few folks. We talked about travel, Pittsburgh, and the show in general; folks were talking about Hot Shots, whether Taurus would be introducing the Supreme Court Judge in 20 gauge (I'd have to think about that one...), and plenty of other gun related topics. We were even joined by some folks in the industry, with representatives from Luckygunner, Brownells, Woolrich, and GunUp hanging out with us.

Man. This was only the start of the convention - I can only imagine how cool this is going to get from here!
